Instructions for Exams

All applicants must use MedXPress to initiate the process to obtain their medical certificate. Please allow at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to assure you don’t have any problems submitting your form.

Go to this website, https://medxpress.faa.gov. Set up an account (if you haven’t already) and fill in the information. After completing the form, be sure to scroll down and press on the button that says “submit”.

After submitting the form, be sure to “print form”. Bring the printed form with you to your appointment; this will also have your confirmation number on it that we need to print out your medical certificate. Also bring in your prior certificate to your appointment. Should you have any questions, please be sure to call our office.
