Andrea Lawlor, M.D.

Dr. Lawlor is originally from Scottsbluff, NE. She attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln for her undergraduate degree, received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine and completed her residency in the Clarkson Family Practice program here in Omaha. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice at Primary Care Physicians since 2004.

Dr. Lawlor is the mother of two children, Max and Hope. In her spare time, Dr. Lawlor enjoys biking, running, reading, traveling and volunteering at the local food pantry. She is a Senior AME (Aviation Medical Examiner) for the FAA doing flight physical exams for pilots.

Dr. Lawlor is a member of both the Omaha Medical Society and the Nebraska Medical Association.

Keri Dillon, APRN

Keri is an Omaha native who graduated from Marquette University with her nursing degree and Creighton University with her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to working on her Master’s degree, she spent 10 years working as a bedside nurse in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit, both in Chicago and Omaha. In 2014, she was nominated for the “March of Dimes Nurse of the Year”. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been in practice at Primary Care Physicians since 2015.

Keri is married to her husband, Chris, and has three children, Ralph, Grace and Jack who keep her busy. In her spare time, Keri likes spending time with family and friends, being active, watching sports (especially her Chicago sports teams and her two alma maters) and has a strong faith. She loves to focus on her patients as the whole person which, she hopes, will help make them more healthy.

Tara Sands, APRN

Tara is originally from Stuart, Nebraska and graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2004 with a Bachelors in Biology. She then attended Creighton University’s Accelerated Nursing Program, and graduated with her BSN in 2005, followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2009, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2011. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed to practice in both Nebraska and Iowa. Prior to joining Primary Care Physicians, she worked as a bedside nurse at Creighton University Medical Center for 4 years, and with CHI as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 15 years.

Tara is married to her husband Michael, and has three children, William, Henry and Caroline. She spends her free time attending her children’s sporting events and getting them to and from all their activities, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on the Huskers or Bluejays when she has a chance. She loves getting to know her patients and developing a strong relationship with them, that allows her to care for and support her patients in all aspects of their health and well-being.

Heather Obregon, M.D.

Dr. Obregon is a North Dakota native and moved to Nebraska in 2008. Since then has practiced in the Omaha area.

She received her medical degree and completed residency at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association, Nebraska Medical Association, Metro Omaha Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians and the Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians.

She is the mother of 4 children now adults. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities (running, hiking, gardening), traveling, sporting events, music and spending time with family and friends. 

Joey Anthone, APRN

Joey is a graduate from Nebraska Methodist College with a DNP as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He orginally graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Nebraska Methodist College in 2013 and has previously worked as a RN in the Emergency Department, as well as the Health Coach here at our office for the past three years.

Joey is married to his wife Jen and has two children. In his spare time, Joey likes spending time with his family and friends, attending Creighton athletic events and playing soccer. Joey is driven by the Jesuit principle of Cura Personalis, caring for individualized needs of another.
